A reservation is only secured when it has been confirmed by us. Submission of an inquiry form alone, doesn't guarantee your room will be available for the requested period. Please wait for our confirmation email that will be sent to you within 24 hours.

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please do so by email, at least 48 hours prior to the booked check-in time (48 hours before 2PM of your booked arrival date).

Please note that you may cancel by phone, but in a dispute about the exact time of cancellation, the Village Retreat receptionist who registered the phone cancellation has the right to determine the time of cancellation.

To avoid misunderstanding, please do email us your booking change or cancellation within 48 hours prior to the booked check-in time (14.00) of the arrival date.

Failure to cancel or change your reservation within that time will result in loss of the deposit, and the room fee(s) for the night(s) within 48 hours of the canceled night(s) may be charged to you upon check-in or may be deducted from your credit card.

In case you decide to leave earlier than previously booked, you need to inform the reception at least 48hrs before check-in time (14.00) of the cancelled night(s). When canceled between 48 and 24 hrs, 50% of the room fee will be charged.

Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a full charge of the cancelled night(s).

If following confirmation, the number of rooms or nights originally booked are reduced, any discounted rate will be replaced by the standard room rate(s).

Group reservations of 3 rooms and more need to be cancelled at least 7 days before your previously booked arrival date, otherwise the deposit paid will be lost.

Please do inform us as soon as possible when your plans towards your stay with us would change.
